For a long time I thought pasta salad was vile because I’d only had it in barbecue or cafeteria settings where it was bloated, overcooked rotini sadly languishing in insipid bottled Italian dressing. It’s a totally different dish with al dente pasta, fresh vegetables, and spicy dressing!

Last night I was bringing our compost to the community compost bin and saw the skins of at least 10 heads of garlic on the top of the pile. I REALLY want to know what they were making and if it's veganizable. 😍🧄

In the summer we like to have campfire cookouts at least 1-2 times a month. Tonight we had tofurkey kielbasas with peppers and onion, chips, and fire roasted corn! We don’t eat a lot of meat substitutes but they work out great for nights like this. 🔥

We don’t eat salad very often - only when it’s extremely hot in the summer - but we do it up right, I think. Pickles, olives, peperoncini, seeds, nuts, spicy air fried chickpeas, etc. etc. Say no to boring salads! 🥗
