Working out regularly makes me want to eat better?? Like my body is craving vegetables???? Seems fake.

Damn. I wish. It's kinda the opposite for me. My brain says "you made a good decision. Now it's time to balance it out with a terrible one", and then I dunk my face in chocolate pudding and monster energy.

Serious made me conscious of my protein/finer intake. Real, “I should eat something USEFUL after that”. Find myself ending up with a lot of legumes

I’ve noticed this too. Jogging makes me crave healthier food. It also improves my sense of smell.
