How are you all managing the emotional response to mainlining news on Bluesky?
I should probably stop as soon as I feel overwhelmingly sad and helpless, but the desire to also be informed is huge.
I keep a timer on, honestly. I know my tendency is to get anxiety obsessed and I have to limit exposure. Plus I do feel like there's a point at which informed isn't even helpful if there isn't some idea of what to -do- with the information.
