Jack Posobiec is a very influential MAGA media figure. He posted this today. In the 1930s Fr. Denis Fahey was probably most well know for being one of the most outspoken anti-semites in the world...quite an accomplishment for that era.
Also further confirming that the "Visegrad 24" account is indeed pro-Fidesz trash, there's no shahada flag in the image. Funny because it's not even particularly hard to find pictures of SDA types waving Bosnian and Saudi flags together, I saw plenty when I did the Marš Mira a few years ago.

And of course, doesn't call it a Palestinian flag. Calls it "the Shahada Flag", and I'm not sure that's a thing but in any case a standard Palestinian flag doesn't have a Shahada on it.
The only national flags that do are the Saudi and Afghan ones. No-one ever waves an Afghan flag in BiH. Some people might wave a Saudi flag in particular contexts because they're idiots, but he couldn't even find that.
