I’d like to personally thank my loop earplugs for keeping me from having a full blown sobbing meltdown in the mall today. All of my other senses were overwhelmed but at least the million decibel music was slightly muted. Neurodivergent besties, keeping earplugs handy is worth it for your sanity.
