Incredible dream last night. The Fine Young Cannibals were back, after a 36 year absence, with a triple LP. Roland Gift presented as a spectral presence, almost translucent, but the tunes were spectacular. I wish I could hear those songs again. Nothing sounds better than dream music.

To quote Bob Roberts, the times they are a-changing back, and I must design some new stickers for a new era. Obviously everyone wants Des Fishman stickers, but are there any other of my characters you want to stick on things?

I started laying out a Solver collection today (to sell at late summer/Autumn/Winter events), from the Spring Special to 100% Cuddles - how did I end up with nearly 160 pages of these weird comics? Where did the time go?

Looking through my backups I found a long-forgotten "image dump" folder full of sketches but also this very important visual comparison I felt compelled to make in 2013

When I start a new project now, do I set it up at US comic page size, because I believe I have a future in the industry, or A5, because I will be printing it myself and economy is the watchword? Of course, if you don't use page bleeds, US comic size fits neatly on A5, balancing delusion and thrift.
