The recent opinions are usurpations of powers that belong to the legislature, the executive branch, and the People. Interpreting the law is radically different from writing out core separation of power elements from the Constitution. Anyone who swore an oath to the Constitution should cry foul.

We did not break the rule of law, they did. Now we have to figure out how to restore it. But they f'd up the system with disingenuous tests, rules, and findings.
