I think that’s quite observably true, yes.

A definition of "left" that excludes Lincoln, FDR, and Biden is so narrow that it's doomed to perpetual failure.

As someone coming from Norway, I can guarantee you that Biden would absolutely not be considered left, or even center, on the Norwegian scale. So for me (who is left on the Norwegian scale), there is -plenty- of room to his left for him to go to. (And yes, T***p is still 10 000X worse.)

This is a common opinion among Europeans, and it is completely and utterly wrong.

As someone from Norway, but who has also lived in the united states for over a decade, I can assure you that it is 100% correct. He might not be particularly far right, but he is absolutely not a leftie.

Biden is a very moderate center-right guy on most issues. Status quo down the line. Don’t see how this is even up for debate.
