How do you see the opinion in terms of it's ability/likelihood of holding up on any further appeal? Seems pretty extensive to my completely untrained eye, and good that it's unanimous right?
Ah, but of course, the most recommended comments from the NYT article on this are of the "I sure hope the SCOTUS rules on this quickly & according to the law" proving that most people still have no idea why the circuit opinion took so long, was so thorough, and is best way to get a deny cert.
