This Day in Music 1975
During an interview David Bowie announced his second career retirement, saying, 'I've rocked my roll. It's a boring dead end, there will be no more rock 'n' roll records from me. The last thing I want to be is some useless f—ing rock singer.'
The Lakota led a simple and humble life. They never bragged or exaggerated things but just lived according to nature. And nature too existed in perfect harmony with them. Respect was another teaching that was central to the Lakotan way of life.
