I have had the very good fortune to be involved with a few shows that have won Emmys and other prestigious awards. All of those shows production teams have treated me like a person, and not a printer. The productions that ground me into nothing? Immediately forgotten by the wider public.

Yes and: Moon Girl has the kindest, most human team I've ever witnessed. Grinding artists to a paste is a failure strategy and not at all necessary to win awards.
