We are in a rather significant summer wave in Ontario and most likely all of Canada. Of course, the public has zero knowledge of it.

Unless you have met Ford I don’t think people can grasp the intellectual challenges he faces understanding the most basic of concepts. He would have been in IS programs in school if they had existed. Combine this with his need to be liked and you have our “dear leader”.
