Spent the morning being evil towards little bluegills*, catching ‘em and using ‘em as live bait for bass, only for the bass to ignore them and finally bite on a 2” fake plastic worm.
The moral of this story is that putting plastic into rivers, lakes, and ponds is good actually.
*Bluegill are aggressive little bastards that will eat your bait off the hook, up to and including pecking at one of their own that’s being used as live bait.
