According to Justice Roberts based on Trump v US, Abu Ghraib was cool and legal as long as Bush was okay with it at the time (and he was).
This clearly overturns Hamdan v Rumsfeld from 2006, which means SCOTUS at that time was led by some sort of moron...*checks papers* ....um...Justice Roberts?
