Will there be tiny boats in flooded streets or is that only Sicily?

I don't think Tuscany has as much flooding but Venice was definitely underwater when I went!

To be honest, Venice was much too much of a tourist spot. Nothing like what you see in shows or anything. But Italy is definitely worth a visit especially if you can make it to the smaller towns.
