Ghodz, that's awful! I have a friend who lost nearly 30 pounds when he caught covid because food smelled and tasted like dirt to him!

Thanks. Yeah, I heard about things like that, it sounded awful. There's a reason I've been hypercautious about trying to avoid it even years after the vaccine. And yet now here we are -_-
That and the potential for breathing shenanigans, which to an old asthmatic kid who was never in good shape no matter what I did just sounds like a death sentence to me.
It's nightmarish (and not in a good way) for anyone with a less than perfect reparatory/pulmonary system. I have old injuries that have made me absolutely paranoid about getting it.
