Feel free to say it because I won’t block you over it. I’m willing to say some pretty unpopular things sometimes. and I’m formally diagnosed and I think we are running into a distrust of experts problem as is so to say self dx is valid but formal isn’t is backwards if logical.

You can accept both… but not just self dx

You can believe a formal diagnosis more than you believe a self diagnosis, and you can believe in formal diagnosis and not self diagnosis but to have that in reverses kind of… on the level of anti-VAX promotion
