Honestly, this week makes me extremely grateful that impact litigation, legislation, and regulation are not the only tools I have in my activism toolbox, because these are not great times for the rule of law.
At the risk of sounding ignorant (which I might be), what else besides voting can we do? The highest court we have has gone rogue, and protesting seems to have limited effectiveness. I'll do my part at the polls, but other than that, I have no idea how to help fix things.
