If u think a single vote is the reasons democracy ends and fascism begins maybe that should answer your question about whether we ever had democracy in the first place
The United States totally aren't fascist. Which is why they freely invade other countries, kill foreign citizens with no repercussions, internal or external, and use police forces to repress the citizens who oppose the state's actions! Not fascist!
