sat in the hallway with my cat for a good 20 min because the tornado sirens got me spooked 🙃

y’all the fuck is wrong with my arms and shoulders? it’s like restless legs but in my arms and back and it’s not going away????

holy crap there is an overwhelming restlessness in my arms and i can’t stop flailing to try to relieve it and this is such an unpleasant experience.

there were tornado sirens and as soon as I finished shutting the windows they stopped.

training myself back into a person who reads and i’m starting with old faves and using ebooks on my ipad to trick myself into thinking i’m just doom scrolling

my taco bell is on the way and that is very exciting
