I have been dizzy all day and I don’t know why. It’s hard to walk. Weird. Sending good thoughts and health wishes. The last time that happened to me it was from skipping meals. Thanks. Oh no that sounds really bad! It was a learning experience. In hindsight, I could have fixed it easily and much earlier than I did.
