hey @kenwhite.bsky.social question on presidential immunity: does it apply to the person or the act? as in, if a president commits an illegal act that is immune, but others are involved, did they other parties break the law?

I was about to say POTUS could pardon them, but accepting a pardon means stipulating to guilt
