I was thinking; cite that clause to reject Marbury v. Madison, explain that you believe Dobbs to be a wrong interpretation of the constitution, and instruct Garland accordingly to have fed LEOs arrest/use appropriate force w/r/t any state officials who impede any person's right to an abortion.
