This was about the only flavor of early Black Major figures that I actually kept. I think I got three or four of them for well under $15 back when they were released. I miss those days.

Black Major Urban Trooper (2010 or so). I've had my eye on one of these for years, and it took quite a while to find one at a reasonable price.
