I’m really liking this new “heat adaptation score” Core just introduced. My biggest complaint has been that it’s hard to understand & act on the data it shows; it’s nice to have it all summarized in an easily digestible score. Now I just gotta get this to 100% before Ironman Canada next month…

One more outdoor ride before heading to Ironman 70.3 Coeur d’Alene. The bike feels great now that I switched to tubeless tires and got the fit just about right, at least until I can get a professional fit done. Just a few more workouts and then it’s time to race again!

Getting ready for the third stage of the Zwift Games by doing a short warmup in TrainerRoad!

Oh man, this thing is a game changer. Just did the volcano climb on Zwift, and it felt awesome.

Got the Kickr Climb all set up; works reasonably well with the Kickr Move, although the rocking feels stiffer than with a wheel. I’m all ready for the Zwift Games starting tomorrow. #cycling #triathlon

Inspired by a thread on the TrainerRoad forums, I created a diagram of the fitness and health data flow between the various fitness apps I use. It's... a lot 😵‍💫

I'm mildly irritated that I have to pay a $50 premium to use the Kickr Climb with Wahoo's most expensive flagship bike trainer. I feel like they should bundle this thing with the climb, or at least offer a discount to Kickr Move owners.

I totally forgot I had a Stream Deck in a drawer and just realized it’s perfect for controlling TrainerRoad from my bike. Works great!
