🤬 NOT sustainable. Childcare workers-often recent immigrants trained here in progressive programs that teach extraordinary things-already hold up ‘the system’ on too little pay. This work is vital. They’ll look elsewhere. Devaluing the work thinking it’ll ‘make it work’ is WRONG. Bad for EVERYONE!!
