On a less sarcastic note, I agree with the anti-doomerists who are going around telling people to snap out of it. We have to decide what we believe in--not what we tell ourselves we believe in, but what we are willing to act upon.

We're no more doomed than we were a year ago, we just have more clarity about the opposition.
