Well the parsley is starting to grow too but it’s SO tiny right now. I’ll have parsley photos eventually.
The mint looks like it may be a weed instead but there are some new tiny tiny green spots with potential in its area.
Arugula is also making good progress but something seems to be snacking.
Have you ever had it on pizza?
So far it seems to be one of the few leafy greens that doesn’t mess w/ my stomach but that may be because it takes so little to bring such a peppery flavor.
I somehow became somewhat allergic to lettuce a few years ago? A few leaves on a sandwich fine but a salad 🫠
I love it on pizza! There's a place I walk to for lunch all the time on days I happen to be in the office that does a pizza with bacon, green apples, and arugula with lemon vinaigrette. It's incredible.
