If I ever say "I feel old" I think I've "felt old" since I was about 10 years old or something so it's not a new feeling. πŸ€ͺ

You should do this. COBOL devs get some of the biggest paychecks. I know a few and they never want for work

Yeah realizing it recently made me cringe because I KNOW they were paying bank in 2020 because of government systems that still run on it. I was in the chaos of saving an event based biz back then. I don’t think COBOL programming would bring me joy though (esp knowing the kinds of co running it.)
