Weird Threads realization regarding how Federation is implemented. It LOOKS like if you use a 3rd party tool, those posts are not federated?
Post from Facebook, Fedica, SocialChamp, Radaar, Buffer etc to Threads content doesn't show on Mastodon?
Posted in Threads does so it's not acct level.
Yeah and I’ve actually posted additional test posts to check this theory. Posts posted directly in threads showing but the ones posted in between aren’t.

I’m sure it’ll eventually be fixed.. Adam Mosseri was talking about federation on Threads as if this is only the beginning (which is true & good)
I first noticed it with a post I thought was properly crossposting from Facebook to Threads & thought maybe it was an internal Facebook Meta thing where it wasn’t actually a cross-post.
I was not expecting to see it happen with 3rd party tools.
Threads is never going to be my 1st choice but there are several “I’m still going to deal with this” platforms.
Meta let hackers keep a business page AND let support mess with me for months over it. 2nd part is possibly worse.
May still file a lawsuit just to get the hacked biz page taken down.
