If the 20 something lifeguard at the pool is wearing a sparkly pirate hat, do you feel more or less safe? 😂 (I think they’re being hazed.) More safe, they are enjoying work therefore more engaged hopefully. Yup. Happy-silly but still paying attention to the pool. ✨🤠✨
