I'm determined to fix this hem to my liking! Wish me luck in my endeavor to pick up stitches and knit it with a smaller needle 🧶

Finally done and blocked. Trying to decide if I should rip up hem to seed stitch and knit pattern hem in a smaller needle (yoke lace was knit with smaller needle) 🧶 I love the lace yoke and the sleeves! EFA Moongleam Yarn is 50/50 silk/cotton and oh so soft ❤️ #knitting

It is what called to me to knit this. Just enough lace, not encroaching on exposing bra/skin. There is a final lace section at the hem too, also why I chose it. Here's a peek at pattern

I've taught myself to #knit this past year, help from my LYS (local yarn store), lots of help from YouTube videos and the help of the Ravelry community. Started with dishcloths and cowls, moved to intricate shawls, and linen tops. Am nearly finished with first lace fingering yarn top! 🧶so soft!

I wore this top yesterday and as it stretched (cotton and linen), the neckline grew too 😧. So today I ripped out the picked up sts and i-cord bindoff, and trial and error, 3rd time is a charm. Picked up less stretched, then knitted a rnd of stockinette, the did my i-cord bind off. Much happier 😍🧶

Finished my 🧶 knitted Square Tee and am not fond of the color. I should have stuck to cream. I spent so much time on this, frogging when nearly halfway cuz it was too big. cotton/linen.

I have a love/hate ❤️💔relationship with seed stitch when #knitting 🧶 While it's tedious, it does have a really interesting pattern when placed against stockinette or as separation from lace. Will update later after some stockinette.

Finished my 🧶 knitted Square Tee and am not fond of the color. I should have stuck to cream. I spent so much time on this, frogging when nearly halfway cuz it was too big. cotton/linen.

My first foray into fingering 🧶. What a difference it is from DK and worsted! Size 3 needles so far. EfA Moonbeam and Anne B Hanson pattern Seven Senses. And first time doing a provisional cast on. I love the feel of the yarn, 50/50 silk/cotton 💕💕. I posted photo example of finished top.

What must-have feature makes you seek it out, no compromises? Mine is a toaster that accommodates both long and thick slices of bread. Sourdough, rye bread and bagels are staples in my kitchen, so here's the new toaster 🥯🥖 #toasterfortodaysbread
