Any articles placing blame on folks being unable to afford a home on anything other than predatory behavior by investors are lies. You absolutely can't avocado toast your way out of this.
This particular property was renovated in that time gap (but not enough to justify that jump), vs. others I've seen where the flip was only a few days; but I'm seeing it more and more often.
