It means the virus disabled you. Yes, that's a thing viruses can do.
Don't give this one the chance. I used to be an adventurer like you, but then I took an arrow to the knee.
Viruses can also trigger POTS/Dysautonomia, covid especially so. If your clinician hasn't already discussed it, it's worth looking into. Just getting that diagnosis was a huge thing for me, to have an actual explanation for all I was feeling
