A seleção do Brasil nunca mais ganhar nada na vida é um preço pequeno a se pagar pra deixar o Neymar triste (nem sei se ele tá jogando, não me importa).

If we're going to be forced to listen to Lalas, can we at least have someone on the panel who delights in bullying him? I think so, so let's bring back Ballack. youtu.be/x_DB4LA0tKU?...
The commentary from Clint, Carlie, and Alexi is just so dull.
Ballack was not impressedyoutu.be That was not football.

It's increasingly common that when the Lula govt makes announcements abt climate actions (sending resources to fight fires in the Pantanal), they also include messaging against misinformation. They've def realized they can't just be reacting to fake news after the fact. "Don't fall for fake news!"

Hilarious that Cobi Jones is saying with a straight face that James Rodriguez moving from São Paulo FC to the MLS would be a step up.

As students experience the sea swallowing their state, they will be forbidden from learning why such an event is happening and how to address the crisis.

Reminded very much of Özil's comment about being treated as German when the team won & an immigrant when they lost.

Real shitty moment at the bar during the England/Switzerland shootout. When Ivan Toney approached to take his kick, an England fan near us shouted that if he misses "we'll lynch you." It's so disappointing and enraging that people behave like this.

What a shot! Loud here now.
Swiss goal! The pro-England crowd here in the pub is quiet.

Exhilarating win for Canada. Must be extra special for Jesse Marsch who got passed over for the USMNT job.

The article below discusses the per-county requirements being a little difficult to meet. I have never heard of these and don't know how widespread they are. But it seems like an anti-majoritarian tool conservatives could use to undermine ballot measures.
