I honestly believe that’s part of why no one’s really up in arms that they had their entire brand rugged by Wall Street vultures; they were just shitty guys scamming their own audience as well.
And they still are today considering their new (also previous) owner is deeply into NFTs and crypto, sacked 90% of their members without any former notice or disucssions (most found out from social media), and then immediately brought on a number of clip farmers
