Obviously, if you become president it is because you were chosen by god from birth to be president. Therefore, anything you do in your life is an official act and you have absolute immunity. duh. /s

Well the way the Supremes see it is that Trump would become president and stay president forever so anything he’s done since birth is part of his job as President therefore it is official duty. I guess they will have to look at every case he’s been in and negate any penalties! He’s the CHOSEN one!
