Dem lawmakers and top aides are all over the place on Biden's path ahead. Rep. Lloyd Doggett says he should step aside. Rep. Al Green says “everybody knows he’s old," but he's good. One veteran House Dem says to knock this off and focus on Trump: "I mean, who cares what Lloyd Doggett thinks?”

One senator, who requested anonymity to speak candidly, said to them it's been obvious all along that Biden is going to lose the election. “I don’t know why [Dems] are just now freaking out," said this senator. "The handwriting has been on the wall for months."
