IMnsHO, Handsy Boobsie is not necessarily a done deal. She got the most votes, but not a majority of the Repubs in her new district. Boopster's old district includes the ski resorts, avg. home price $2M. The rich cheapskates helped elect her which she doesn't have in her new district.

Also, Colorado is a solid purple state. Our conservatives are reasonable people, and her new rural farming district is dependent on its reps. delivering Ag support. If her Dem opponent is smart, he/she will promise congressional action.
