Rakesfall by @vajra.me : dizzying, phantasmagoric. Wonderfully written, so intelligent. Wit and heartbreak and a long meditation on oppression and the ending of same. To be devoured, but to be savored more; the prose is superb. Rakesfall should be a finalist for every award there is.

You are the Wizard of Books, Mister Nevins. Well spotted. I am not John Kilian Houston, merely a fan of his novels, whether it is SHOCKWAVE RIDER (which seems a little too prophetic in some ways these days...) and of course THE COMPLEAT TRAVELLER IN BLACK.
