I am not usually one to complain about emails I can easily just delete but we’re talking HUNDREDS.

Create a filter/label (whatever your system calls it) and send directly there rather than your inbox. Then you can batch delete or peruse at your leisure.

If you can’t delete, sometimes you can send it to spam
