In my county, no democrats run for local seats. So in a primary, I claim R. I get choices, as an R.
In the general, local seats are R and unopposed. I leave all unopposed blank in protest.
I'd guess his rural county is red like mine.
Also, an AR is not typical of snipers but of mass casualties.

Yes, so many scenarios are possible. And mental troubles, in a place where terrible abuses of every kind, (patient abuses, fiscal abuses...) has removed services for those that could benefit from efficacious care, it's just a recipe for disaster.
