Hmmm You can get away with a LOT in YA these days I'm so afraid because my first GN had NOTHING! it had chaste kissing and hand holding, nary a swear to be seen, and got rated 16+ haha Put it in and see what your editor does, but never pre-comply! this is late but I'm filing away "never pre-comply" forever, thank you if people get eaten whole like how kirby does it its probably fine, its the chewing people get weirded out by oh there would definitely be chewing, this is purely about pulling the wool over people's eyes long enough to get a contract in order oh then by all means, scheme away deli meating of the minds
