Biden is fine, but if incapacitated, VP Harris is ready to take over immediately. Trump is clearly deteriorating. What would any VP choice be capable of if trump was incapacitated. In my opinion, it would be a disaster or really scary, a younger 2025 disciple that could do more damage than trump.
