I forgot about Eric Garland but apparently he's been busy on Twitter posting unhinged threads about his ongoing legal battle to handle custody of his kids as a free speech issue in the courts lol
Favorite part is him boomerposting about doing all the filings himself without apparently stopping to consider that, not being a lawyer, his understanding of constitutional law might be a little lacking
My money says he's doing all the filings himself because all the lawyers he talked to said that his legal theory wouldn't hold up, so then he and his stimulants said "how hard could writing a brief be?"
I love going on the state filing site and looking at the attorney search to add parties cause all the lawyers are just name+email and then every other Pro Se entry is like
