Ah yes, violating the First Amendment and broadly calling stuff terrorism never, ever is misused.
It is also a reason for President Biden to test the limits of Presidential immunity by treating this as a direct, public threat of violent insurrection against our government/coup planning and arresting this domestic terrorist. It is time for the Federalist Society to reap what they have sown

I genuinely try not use the word at all. Its framework is entirely in opposition to my moral framework, so why would I? (Similarly, "treason" is not my objection to the Confederacy.)
