I saw a fluffy earth #bumblebee on the Telekia flowers today! Not quite as big as the queen recently, but a very busy bee with nice pollen puffs collected on the hind legs. She was very focused and let me photograph her from several angles 🌼🐝

The neighbors at that house were a little worried that the flowers might overgrow because they hang a little into the entrance area, but we all agreed that cutting them back should prioritize leaving the flowers intact for the pollinators. The bumblebee even checked a partially trampled flower 😭
