So much of the TV I've loved over the past couple of years has involved either or both of affectionate M/M or M/F friendships. People like to dunk on Ted Lasso but show me a show that models healthy friendships better.
Have you ever watched Unforgotten? One of the best protrayals of M/F friendships I've seen.
They even have them get lonely drunk, one make a pass, the other burst into laughter, then they go back to normal (with piss taking). It's a great move to get the 'stan' shit out of the way.
