✨️ Thank you for hosting! ✨️ I like to mix modern fantasy with mythology in my portraits. A huge inspiration are gothic fashion and old school metal albums. Of course my childhood reads have influenced me as well. Neon Genesis Evangelion, Dylan Dog, Sandman... yeah, I'm a funny edgelord! :)

Some #WIP process. 🖼️ When I have a full composition in mind, I like doing a quick sketch to get the proportions right. When done I follow it up with generic flats or gradient shapes like in the screenshot below. Once I'm happy with the colors I redefine the edges with a smudge brush and paint over.

I worked a bit on another painting instead of trying to force myself in finding a pose I'm happy with. Result? #WIP of a cleaned up an ear! 😂 That's enough warm-up though, I think it's time for a landscape. :3

I started sketching some poses as a warm-up for s future piece, but damn... I'm really not feeling this one. The idea is cute, playing with their different sizes especially, but I don't know how to make the composition work. :/

Cleaned it and made it closer to the original art-style of the Pokémon fun game. Like a sane person would! :D Vanguard is a really fun game so far. Respect for the pixel artists out there, this stuff is hard imho.

Sooo... There's this new huge update for a Pokémon fan-game called "Vanguard", and I heard good things about it. Downloaded it this morning, but I still can't tell you if it's good or not. Why? I had to make custom sprites before even playing it of course! You know? Like a normal person! #Pixelart
