The biggest problem is the lost opportunity costs of all it took to accumulate that much wealth for these people. The people that were building spreadsheets instead of farmer’s markets. The efforts put into fossil fuels instead of more walkable cities.
Just so much loss and waste we can never get back. All the effort that goes into a system that serves their wealthy, instead of the humanity of the rest of us.
